The City of Belpre has partnered with Payment Service Network. For your convenience you may now
pay your city utility bill online by using your credit / debit card or electronic check.

Please Provide:
15-digit customer account number, which is located on your utility service bill.

Pay By Mail

If you would like to make a payment via mail delivery, please mail your payment to the address noted below. Please be aware that the City of Belpre, is not responsible for delayed mail deliveries. Payments will be processed on the day it is received.

Pay By Drop Box Location

If you need to make a payment after hours, you may deposit your payment in our drop box located in the front of the building at the address noted below. Please do not drop off your payment during our normal operating hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; payments dropped off during our normal operating hours may not be processed until the following day.

NEW CITY SERVICE CUSTOMER

Paying Security Deposit – New Customer Only

Any customer, who is renting in the City of Belpre, must submit a security deposit for utilities via cash, check, or by credit credit (Visa, MasterCard – $2.50 fee will be added). Please note, that the City of Belpre must receive security deposits in advance before establishing city services to customers.

Deposit for utilities is $100.00 which includes water, sewer and trash collection. Please contact Utility Billing at 740-423-7592 with other questions.

Cancelling City Utility Services

Any current utility service customer who wants to terminate or cancel their utility service must do so in person.
Do not assume that the new owner or tenant will put the service into their name accepting financial responsibility for the utility service. You will continue to be financially responsible for usage until turn-off notification is received.

Transferring City Services

Any customer who has had city services with the City of Belpre and are in excellent financial standing (no outstanding delinquent accounts) with the City of Belpre may transfer city services in their name. Transferring services must be done in person.
