The City of Belpre has instituted the annual Water & Sewer rate increase of 4% for our residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This increase will become effective with the April bills due May 18, 2026. The rate increase is to help fund projects, including the Water Storage Tank and the Replacement Water Main Project.
